These terms are the agreement between you and the Battle Arena: Legends team (“we”, “us”) about using the game Battle Arena: Legends in Telegram and this website. By playing, you accept them.
1. Who can play
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You play with your own Telegram account. One game account per person.
- You must not play where the game or its prize draws are prohibited by law.
2. The game is free
The game sells nothing for real money: there are no paid items, passes, boosters or subscriptions. Everything in the game is earned by playing. The game may show advertising that you choose to watch for in-game bonuses; watching ads is never required.
3. Virtual items, currencies and $SYD
- Gold, gems, items, companions, cosmetics and other virtual goods are part of the game. You get a personal, non-transferable right to use them in the game; they are not your property and have no monetary value.
- $SYD is the game's internal reward unit. It is not a cryptocurrency, cannot be withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and has no cash value.
- We may in the future offer a way to use $SYD outside the game. If we do, separate rules will apply. Nothing in these terms promises such a possibility.
- Selling, buying or trading accounts or virtual goods outside the game is not allowed.
- We may change game balance, rewards and items to keep the game fair and working.
4. Prize draws
Prize draws are free promotional giveaways and are governed by the Official Rules. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
5. Fair play
You must not:
- use bots, scripts, emulators or any automation;
- create or control several accounts, or play on someone else's account;
- exploit bugs instead of reporting them, or interfere with the servers;
- arrange results with other players, for example losing on purpose to move rewards;
- post illegal, hateful, sexual or harassing content in names, clan names or chat;
- impersonate us or other players.
If we have reasonable grounds to believe you broke these rules, we may hold or cancel rewards and prizes obtained this way, limit features, or suspend or delete the account.
6. Your content
You are responsible for the names and messages you post. You allow us to show them inside the game to operate it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the game running, but it is provided “as is” and may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We may add, change or remove features. If we ever close the game, we will announce it in advance in the game.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for the loss of virtual items, currencies or $SYD. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the mandatory law of your country.
9. Ending the agreement
You can stop playing at any time and delete your account in the game: Settings → Delete account. Deleting the account permanently removes your progress, items and $SYD balance.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be published on this page with a new date; significant changes will also be announced in the game. If you keep playing after the change, the new terms apply.
